Background:
Sanne has an immense professional background which lies within HR. She joined Tjoapack six years ago starting as an HR Employee progressing to HR Manager, with oversight the salary process and then assuming the role of Manager of HR Projects and Salaries.

With the globalization of Tjoapack Sanne was promoted to Compensation & Benefits Manager, to align the Compensations & Benefits for Tjoapack Global. Her current focus is ensuring full and timely compensation and salary payments for the Tjoapack HQ in the Netherlands. Sanne is also responsible for organizing processes related to pensions, insurance, lease cars, expats, and special leave, with plans to focus on global C&B and learn about the specifics for the US in the next phase.

Fun fact:
Sanne is a dedicated professional with a personal passion for music, which she enjoys expressing through singing karaoke both in her free time and during appropriate social occasions. She is a proud mother of two boys and values maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
