During his tenure, Pascal demonstrated his expertise and versatility by assisting in the establishment of a production facility following the company’s strategic relocation. This valuable experience further enriched his skill set and contributed to his professional growth.

Pascal joined Tjoapack with a diverse background in the automotive and mechanical engineering industries bringing along more than a decade of experience that he got working for several companies where he demonstrated his expertise by assisting in the establishment of new production facilities and implementing cutting edge technical solutions.

This passion has led him to spearhead the design of proprietary tooling solutions within the organization. Pascal is an accomplished professional with a fulfilling personal life. He is a proud father of 2 children who also manages to find time to pursue his passion for mountain biking. Pascal has participated in several challenging MTB marathons, conquering 120-kilometer routes in the stunning Alps and Dolomites.
