Background:

Meet Nikki, a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in Physics and Materials Science Engineering. Nikki obtained her B.S. in Physics from James Madison University, followed by a Ph.D. in Materials Science Engineering from North Carolina State University.

After completing her Ph.D., Nikki gained valuable experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Oak Ridge, TN. During her time there, she focused on developing automated experiments for materials characterization, utilizing machine learning algorithms.

Currently, Nikki is the Data Analyst at Tjoapack, where she utilizes her expertise to analyze and visualize data, providing meaningful insight throughout all levels of the company. She also works on developing data-driven approaches, utilizing machine learning algorithms, to further improve the efficiency and success of Tjoapack.

Fun fact:
Nikki has been playing volleyball since she was about 12 years old! With experience in both indoor and sand volleyball, she has developed a particular affinity for playing on the beach, which comes as no surprise given that she grew up on the coast.
