Please be aware that this isn’t a standard commercial role.
Your colleagues from business development take care of the sales and you’ll handle key accounts and interested potential clients. You will work closely with customer services, will be a key link between sales and operations and report directly to the Commercial Director.
This is a job with many varieties where you’ll be involved in all pharma relevant aspects and must communicate with internal colleagues as well as external contacts. You will add on improving the logistical supply chain.
Your responsibilities include
- Coordination of complex sales processes / projects
- Forecasting turnover (short and long term)
- Build and maintain relationships with your assigned customers
- Internal management
- Coordinating the monthly sales reports
Your background, qualifications and skills
Our ideal candidate holds a bachelor / master degree with project management and sales/account management experience (of course preferable in pharmaceuticals).
Experience in another highly regulated industry and experience with handling multiple disciplines / department (interdisciplinary) within a company is also possible.
One way or another, management different stakeholders, decision making and keeping overview is your second nature.

At first, you will mostly work in our location in Etten-Leur to learn the business. After a while, it is your responsibility to visit your customers, mostly in Benelux region (where about 50% of your clients are located), although over time your territory will develop further. You must therefore, be prepared to travel and hold a valid driving licence.
Job titles are not our priority, because we believe that everybody creates their job and makes it a success.
Our working conditions include 39 days off, an attractive pension and a yearly salary increase depending on your performance.
